Regulations of stay in the facility
Apartments GKM Lublin

 

  1. Upon check-in, the guest is obliged to present a photo ID confirming his identity or sending his photo by e-mail
    in the case of self-check-in.

  2. Access to the apartment is done by entering the code, which will be sent to guests on arrival. Guests are obliged not to disclose the access code to the apartment to third parties.

  3. The guest has no right to transfer or sublet the apartment to other people, even if the day for which he has paid has not expired.

  4. The apartments are rented for days. Check-in starts at. 14:00 and ends
    at. 11:00 on the last day of stay.

  5. Staying at the apartment or leaving things outside 11:00 is treated as an extension of stay - a fee will be charged for the next day of renting a room at full prices.

  6. Payment for the stay is not refundable in the event of shortening the stay.

  7. The paid down payment for the stay is not refundable and is tantamount to acceptance of these regulations and the price offer, which is not subject to change.

  8. For children up to 6 years of age, the stay is free if they sleep in the bed with their parents.

  9. At the Guest's request, the property will issue a VAT invoice.

  10. We do not accept animals in GKM Lublin Apartments.

  11. Smoking and electronic cigarettes are strictly forbidden in the building and in the staircase. Breaking this rule will result in the activation of smoke detectors
    and charging the Guest with a fee of PLN 500.

  12. Each time leaving the apartment, the Guest should check that the windows are closed
    (especially roof) and doors, turn off the TV, turn off the light and turn off the water.

  13. The curfew is valid from 22:00 to 7:00 a.m.

  14. Visitors to the Guests are not allowed to stay in the apartment during the night (22:00 - 7:00).

  15. A video monitoring system is installed in the GKM Lublin Apartments, which is used to improve the safety of guests. Monitoring covers the common parts of the apartments (entrance, dining room, kitchen, hall).

  16. Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the rooms
    and a common part. Damage means both destruction or damage to the apartment's equipment as well as their loss.

  17. In the event of damage during the stay, the Guest is obliged to cover the costs of its repair. Parents are responsible for damages caused by children.

  18. The guest should notify the owners of the damage immediately after its discovery.

  19. The facility is not responsible for damage to the vehicle belonging to the Guest, as well as for valuables left in the apartment.

  20. Guests undertake to use the facility only for residential purposes - it is forbidden to organize events.

  21. In the event of a breach of the provisions of these regulations or when the Guest significantly violates the peace and / or good of the neighbors and does not comply with the commonly used standards of coexistence between people, the facility reserves the right to terminate the Guest's stay and is then not obliged to refund the money for the unused period.

  22. The facility may refuse to accept a Guest who grossly violated the regulations during the previous stay or w  another way disturbed the peace in apartamentach.

  23. Personal belongings left at apartement by  of the departing Guest will be sent back at his / her expense, to the address by_cc781905-5cde-3194_ad5cde-3194_ad5cf58db3b-136db In the case of not  receiving such an instruction, the facility will store these items for 3 months for  , and then donate them to charity or for public use.

  24. Pursuant to Art. 13 of the Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) of
    April 27, 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46 / EC (hereinafter referred to as "GDPR"), we would like to inform you that:

  • the administrator of personal data is Zamojska Od Nowa sc Grażyna Mikuła Krzysztof Mikuła with headquarters in 20-732 Lublin, ul. Gdańska 70;

  • the data protection officer can be contacted by e-mail at the following address:info@apartamentygkm.pl

  • the purpose of data processing is:

    • handling inquiries submitted by e-mail and booking an apartment - pursuant to art. 6 sec. 1 lit. a) GDPR (consent of the data subject);

    • implementation of the apartment rental agreement - pursuant to art. 6 sec. 1 lit. b) GDPR (to conclude a contract);

    • marketing of personal data administrator services - pursuant to art. 6 sec. 1
      lit. a) GDPR (subject to the consent of the data subject);

    • ensuring the safety of people and property in the facility through the use of video monitoring - pursuant to Art. 6 sec. 1 lit. f) GDPR;

    • in order to fulfill the legal obligation (issuing an invoice documenting  service provision) - pursuant to art. 6 sec. 1 lit. c) GDPR.

  • personal data will be stored:

    • regarding submitted inquiries - for a period of 30 days from the end of correspondence;

    • regarding submitted reservations - for a period of 12 months from the date of booking;

    • regarding the performance of the apartment rental agreement or necessary to issue an invoice - for a period of 5 years from the end of the year in which the stay took place
      in the facility;

    • processed for marketing purposes - until the consent of the data subject is revoked or the business cause ceases to exist;

    • in video monitoring systems - for a period of 30 days;

  • recipients of personal data may be:

    • entities authorized to obtain personal data on the basis of legal provisions;

    • a security company and a provider of image monitoring solutions for the facility;

    • external accounting office;

    • apartment booking platform provider;

  • Guests have the right to access personal data, rectify them, request their removal and limit their processing, the right to transfer data, the right to object to the processing and the right to withdraw consent at any time. In order to exercise the above rights, please contact the inspector;

  • Guests have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority;

  • providing personal data is voluntary, however, refusal to provide data may result in:

    • refusal to rent an apartment - in the case of data processed for the purpose of concluding an apartment rental agreement;

    • refusal to book - in the case of booking an apartment.

  1. Using the services of GKM Apartments constitutes acceptance of these regulations.

  2. The law applicable to disputes between the Guest and the owner of the facility is Polish law. Disputes will be settled by the court competent for the owner of the GKM Lublin Apartments.
